Sticking doors, nail pops, loose rails, cracked caulk and soft trim: the small fixes that pile up, handled in one visit and done right.

Most houses do not need a big project. They need ten small things fixed properly: the door that rubs, the nail pop over the stairs, the towel bar that pulled out of the drywall, the cracked caulk around the tub, the soft spot on the outside trim. Each one is a short job on its own. Together they are why a house starts to feel tired. We bring the tools and materials for the whole list, work through it in order, and fix the cause where we can find it.
Fixing the cause is the step that usually gets skipped. A towel bar that keeps falling out needs blocking behind the drywall or the right anchor, not a bigger screw in the same hole. A door that sticks every summer has swelled in the humidity or dropped on a loose hinge, and planing it without checking the hinge screws just moves the problem. Rotted trim gets cut back to solid wood, and the joint that let the water in gets sealed. That is what keeps a repair from coming back.
Much of the Triangle has been built since 2000, and the oldest of those houses are now around 25 years old. That is when builder-grade parts start to show it: caulk shrinks and cracks, hinges work loose, hollow doors dent, and exterior trim softens where the paint has failed. None of it is urgent by itself, which is exactly why it piles up. Send us the list, or a few photos by text or WhatsApp, and we will tell you plainly what fits in one visit.

No. One loose handrail or one sticking door is a fine reason to call. If you have a few small things, send them together and we will plan to do them in the same visit, so you are not booking five separate trips for five small jobs.
No. We stick to carpentry, drywall, paint, doors, mounting and the exterior work on our service list. If a job needs a plumber or an electrician, we will tell you that up front instead of guessing at it.
Call or text (929) 701-0004 with a short description, and photos if you can. WhatsApp works too. Photos help us see the problem, bring the right parts, and give you a clear quote before any work starts.
Just about anything on the honey-do list. Repairs, drywall, trim carpentry, mounting, doors, fixtures, and outdoor assembly like basketball hoops. If you're not sure, just ask.
That's our favorite kind of call. Hand us the full list and we'll knock it all out in a single visit so you're not chasing down multiple contractors.
