Send us the whole list. We sort it, bring what it needs, and work through it in as few trips as possible.

Every house has a list. The closet door that keeps jumping its track, the curtain rod that needs to go up, the holes where the old TV mount was, the gate that drags, the shelf still in its box. None of it is big enough to hire a specialist for, and that is exactly why it sits. Hand us the list and you deal with one person for all of it, instead of chasing several contractors for jobs they would rather not take.
The trick to a good list day is planning. Text us each item, with a photo if you can, and we sort them by what they need: parts to buy, drying time, or special tools to bring. Jobs that need a second coat or cure time get started first, so they dry while we work through the rest. That way more of the list gets finished in one visit, and anything that genuinely needs a second trip is clear before we start.
Lists tend to grow with the house. In homes around 15 to 25 years old, which describes a big share of the Triangle's subdivisions, the same items keep showing up: caulk lines to redo, hinges and handles to tighten, a few nail pops, a fence board or two, trim to touch up. Owners who plan to stay tend to keep a running list, and we are glad to come back for the next one. Small and boring jobs are welcome here.
Text it to (929) 701-0004 or send it on WhatsApp, with a photo of each item if you can. Photos let us see sizes, materials and the wall behind things, so we can bring the right parts and give you a clear quote for the whole list.
Most lists can. Items with drying or curing time, like drywall patches or a fence post set in concrete, may need a short second stop. We tell you before we start which items those are, so nothing comes as a surprise.
We will tell you. Plumbing and electrical work are outside what we do, and we would rather say so up front. Everything else on our service list, from trim to fences to small roof repairs, can go on the same list.
Just about anything on the honey-do list. Repairs, drywall, trim carpentry, mounting, doors, fixtures, and outdoor assembly like basketball hoops. If you're not sure, just ask.
That's our favorite kind of call. Hand us the full list and we'll knock it all out in a single visit so you're not chasing down multiple contractors.
